All transactions are subject to the following terms of business.

All payments to be made to R.& A. Alcock Ltd. Due to the cost and difficulty of US and Canadian customers obtaining Sterling drafts, we will accept dollar bank drafts; No personal cheques please, conversion charges of £8 per cheque and commission must be allowed for. Credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Visa Debit/Electron Maestro/Switch) are accepted. Credit Card payments under £30 are not accepted (except overseas)

Payment by Interbank Transfer (telegraphic). Our bank charges us £12 for handling incoming payments to be added when making payment. Our bank details will be supplied upon receiving the order.

All goods sold on a first come first served basis. All items are sold as genuine and original unless otherwise stated.

Postage is charged on all orders. U.K. postage is from £9, registered fully insured, or from £4 recorded at buyer’s risk. Overseas charged by weight, from £12 fully insured. all goods are despatched with 7 days of receipt of order unless advised otherwise.

Cancellations and Returns. Any item purchased may be cancelled within 14 days or if received may returned with in 14 days of receipt if not entirely satisfied (21 days overseas). This applies to website purchases only and not private treaty purchases. If returning goods from outside of the European Community always ask for posting instructions before sending. All transactions are in Sterling. We do not accept liability for any exchange rate movement or banking charges and any refunds will be in Sterling or equivalent at the time of the refund payment.

VAT Unless otherwise stated all medals and decorations are supplied under the special Margin Scheme for collectible items and as such no VAT is added or reclaimable
